You goals can sometimes seem scary or unreachable, but they are totally reachable with the right mindset. One bad day or one cheat meal will not ruin your entire diet, it is ok to treat yourself ! Have that extra treat after dinner because you worked your ass off all week and you deserve it, but everything is good in moderation. Moderation can be a key point in dieting and even exercising. Too much cardio and not enough weight training isn’t too beneficial but enough weight training paired with some cardio can lead you to reach your goals and go even further!
